La Mer Holiday Apartments are in a unique Holiday location with direct beach access and no roads to cross - an unbelievable position for a relaxed family holiday at reasonable rates. The low rise is on the famous Mooloolaba Spit. La Mer Beachfront Apartments are on the ground floor and level one with dunal foreshore & boardwalk views. All of the apartments face the north east and are fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, including dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge, washer and dryer, flat screen TV with DVD player. Located centrally on the Sunshine Coast, Mooloolaba is the ideal base to explore the beaches, attractions and hinterland of this vibrant region. The diverse restaurants, stylish cafes, assorted attractions and numerous events produce a setting abundant with life and colour.

Mooloolaba’s beach is unsurpassed and one of the most famous beaches on the Sunshine Coast. A curve of northern facing white sand is surrounded for its entire length by shady park-lands, picnic areas and playgrounds. Patrolled throughout the year, the naturally sheltered aspect of the beach provides exceptionally safe swimming conditions. More than just a memorable holiday, a stay at La Mer Apartments on the Spit in Mooloolaba is an outstanding experience. You can have a pleasant stroll or jog along the boardwalk. The Surf Club and Cafes of the Mooloolaba Esplanade are a short 200m walk along the Boardwalk. Underwater World SEALIFE & the Wharf Complex of shops and restaurants are just a minute walk away.
