Just a few steps to the beautiful white sands of Mudjimba Beach. Mudjimba beach has a lifeguard tower and lifeguards providing safe "Between the Flags" swimming area. The Villa is family and pet friendly with a secure fenced yard. "Mudjimba Esplanade Villa is your air-conditioned beach home away from home" Boogie Boards, beach cricket, umbrellas and a wheeled esky are provided in garage. We offer a private parents retreat upstairs with private balcony to listen to the ocean while enjoying the peaceful surrounds. Upstairs also offers the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs you will find a third queen size bedroom opening onto a shady courtyard. The living room opens onto a front patio & garden setting & offers a television, Ipod dock ,games, books & DVD player. The well equiped kitchen offers a servery to the shady barbeque area outside for easy entertaining. A barbeque & patio setting are set in a large covered patio area & lush fully fenced back yard. There is also a washing machine & dryer for your convenience. Car accommodation consists of a lock-up-garage & 1 additional car space. The bedding configuration is 2 queen size beds & 3 single beds.
Hi I'm Cindy My husband and I live on beautiful Bribie Island and enjoy the outdoors. Our favorite destinations are Moreton Island on a calm day or travelling to Mudjimba for a beach day and dinner on the Sunshine Coast.
Five minute walk down track to beach. Mudjimba is a nice little village, close to everything. We are situated 100 metres from Mudjimba Village. No need to drive. Dog on leash friendly beach and life guards on duty
