Just 400 metres from Four Mile Beach, Shantara Resort Port Douglas offers boutique-style accommodation with a private balcony. This adults only retreat features 2 swimming pools, a fitness centre and a day spa offering personalised treatments. Free WiFi is included. Each apartment features a lounge/dining area with cable TV and DVD player, laundry facilities, and a bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Studio apartments include kitchenettes. Shantara Apartments are just a short 10-minute walk from the restaurants and cafes of Macrossan Street. Internet access is available. Shantara Resort Port Douglas is the youngest property in Port Douglas, it was opened in 2007 and is a holiday apartment resort for singles and couples looking for total relaxation and serenity in paradise. A short stroll to cosmopolitan Macrossan Street (400 meters) that offers an array of Restaurants, cafes, shops and a short walk to famous Four Mile Beach. The Shantara Team offers Personalised and freindly Service. Peace and tranquillity

Neighbourhood information

Shantara is situated a short 3-4 minute stroll from the main street (Macrossan Street). We are close enough to walk anywhere in the main town without all the hub-bub and noise this entails. We are also only 3-4 minutes stroll down to the beautiful 4 Mile Beach.
