3 bedroom 2 bathroom beachside apartment. Wake up to the sound of the ocean lapping at your door and enjoy an early morning swim at the protected beach right in the middle of the very best location, Mooloolaba Spit. Take a very short stroll along the beachside boardwalk to access boutiques and cafes on Mooloolaba Esplanade and to the ocean. Just about across the road to the Wharf and all its restaurants, take a cruise down the river, the canals and the harbor. Direct beach access, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Wifi, double glass for soundproofing heat control A King Bed and ensuite, 4 Single Beds to accommodate up to 6 guests. Underground parking for 1 vehicle, no higher than 1.85m high. Most 4-wheel drive will damage the entry roof on leaving the car park so please park on the street if you have a 4WD You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
