Please be aware the pool at Ramada Golden Beach will be closed for a period of up to 10 days from Sunday February 28th. We need to carry out essential repairs and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note if you have not been to Golden Beach before The Pumicestone Passage Beach is directly at the front of the hotel. 3. Lift Replacement Work is scheduled to commence on April 14th, 2024, with an estimated completion date in mid-November 2024. During this period there will be 1 elevator in operation at any given time, which may cause some delays. Rest assured that every effort will be made to minimise the impact to your stay.
Nevertheless, we have made and will continue to make every effort to ensure this important work can go ahead while causing minimal impact on your holiday.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
