Casa Del Sol is located in the picturesque village of Skala Maries, Thassos. The fully furnished and air-conditioned, 52m2 apartment was renovated in 2017 and comfortably host 4 people. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sea and is equipped with awnings. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out Bed which can sleep 2 people and a second smallest sofa. Also there are 2 LCD TV with satellite channels, free internet access and 2 A/C. For your convenience a baby cot or a baby tube is available by request. In addition, there is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen which has an oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Likewise there is an ironing board with iron, hair dryer and a small barbecue that can be moved to the balcony or the back yard. All windows and balcony doors are equipped with mosquito nets and awnings . The balcony has an amazing view of the sea and the center of the village. Casa Del Sol is located 40m from the center beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas if you wish. Around the beach there are restaurants, a pizzeria, a bakery and a pharmacy. There is also a butcher shop and a super market down the street. You can visit one of the most popular beaches on the island, Atspas beach which is 500m away from the apartment. The sandy beach with crystal clear blue shallow water which we recommend it for families with small children. There is a beach bar and a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal while viewing the amazing sunset. The village of Skala Maries is famous for its breathtaking sunset. Furthermore Platanes Beach is also 6 minutes away on foot, which also has a beach bar. Another option is Fari Beach which is recommend for people who prefer a quite place to swim. This is not an organized beach and is unknown to most. Fari Beach is a unique place where you have the opportunity to explore the bottom of the sea. Casa Del Sol is 7km away from Limenaria, the second largest village on the island and 11km away from Potos.
