The house are located in town Lokve in the heart of Gorski Kotar on the Zagreb-Rijeka road, about 130 km from Zagreb and about 25 km from Rijeka, near Delnice, Fuzine, Mrkopalj and other places and natural sites. Among the natural beauties in the immediate vicinity of the apartments is Lokvarsko Lake, Golubinjak Forest Park, Lokvar Cave, Museum of Frogs, ethno collection, nature house with famous liqueurs, EVA Restaurant along the lakes and various other facilities. In summer, canoes and boats can be rented. Ride on the lake is organized. Also in the summer, the Lake Opera is organized, that is on foot around the lake and cycling around the lake in September every year, tractor races, cooking competitions for the days of St. Rok.
