Welcome to a charming and beautiful 4-room apartment located in the new residential project. Building has been finished only in 2023. The excellent location in a quiet, rapidly developing neighborhood is a highlight. Nearby, you'll find the newly built shopping center "Sāga," IKEA, DEPO, MC Donald's, a public bus stop, and cycling lanes that provide easy access to Jugla, the city center, and other destinations. Experience comfort, convenience, and modern living in this delightful apartment.

Nearby there is a shopping mall with food court called T/C Sāga, Swedish food restaurant, cafe and Pizza place in IKEA. Also McDonalds and KFC is relatively close in the area. All these food options are located within 1-2km from the location You can arrive by public transport from Riga center. Or use navigation (Maps, Waze both work fine) by entering address, if you drive or come by other transportation. There is one designated parking place for you.
