Hey there! We are Andrea and Cristina and we are an Italian couple completely in love with Africa. We are passionate about good food & drinks, travel and going on adventures. We are both Safari field guides and we work in this industry since 2008. We visited and worked in South Africa, Kenya, Botswana, Namibia and currently we live in Mozambique. We are passionate birders, you can just point out a bird and we will tell you something interersting about it! In our free time we like to watch sunsets, snorkelling, stargazing and make bonfires on the beach and simply enjoy living in this beautiful place. We both enjoy connecting with new peoples and sharing stories, and we are sincerely happy to host you. New Giraffe House is a place for you to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself. Especially designed for you to come alone, or with a friend, family or partner, to renew your love of life. Your room will be at less than 50 steps from the beach where you can admire the force of the tides as well as the fishermans with the daily catches. Enjoy a fresh made mango juice, your breakfast or just a beer in front of the sea, with the stunning view of the Bazaruto achipelago.

Very safe neighborhood, with direct access on the beach for boat and island discovery activities that we can organize for you. Enjoy a special tuor at the local market with our local guides. New Giraffe house is located less than an hour by boat from Bazaruto island and less than an hour from the other islands of the archipelago.
