Harry's Cabin is a beautifully designed house located high on hills overlooking Lake Victoria and the source of the river Nile in the distance. It's unique location allows for both sunrise and sunset to be enjoyed from the covered terrace or anywhere on the lush property grounds. Rain & well water for your dishes, solar power for light, a rooster for your alarm clock, this lovely spot has a way of making you slow down and appreciate the little things. The cabin has an awesome open air rainfall shower accessible from the bedroom, a full kitchen and a superb mezzanine and covered veranda. The expansive compound is fenced and secure, and is shared with the host & her family.

Barbara is originally from Belgium and moved to Uganda in 2012 to work in the agricultural sector. Angelo is from Jinja, and is an artist - the work on the walls are all his! You can find him painting in his studio most days (Jinja Art Studio) opposite the Deli on main street - Jinja. We bought this land early 2020, and following a furiously fast build, moved in that same year. We live in the main house with our two kids, Alicia & Arthur.
