Introducing 1380 Shipwatch, a freshly updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo that has been added to the Destination Amelia Vacation Rentals inventory! The living space and balcony overlook the ocean and manicured green space in Shipwatch Villas, an oceanfront complex in the private, gated Omni Amelia Island Resort. Enjoy convenient access to Amelia Island’s famed dunes-swept beaches, the Shipwatch complex pool (seasonally heated), and cookout area for picnicking. Both bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, and laundry area are located on the downstairs level of this condo, offering extra peace and quiet for those travelers who relish slow mornings. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and full attached bathroom with a renovated, walk-in shower. The second bedroom is very similar with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom across the hall. The laundry room is right around the corner. All fresh bed linens are provided for our guests, along with bath and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and high-speed WiFi access is complimentary.  Enjoy many miles of walking and biking trails in close proximity and the picturesque natural surroundings of the resort. Guests can book services at the resort spa, visit the boutiques, and dine at the various restaurant options located in/near the shopping village at the resort entrance. For the golfer, there are courses on the resort (Oak Marsh and Little Sandy) as well as options off the resort to the north. Please be advised that this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort (formerly known as Amelia Island Plantation) and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” The main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service are restricted to Amelia Island Club members and their guests. The Racquet Park tennis center allows lessons and clinics to be scheduled, but open play is limited to club members. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities!

Shipwatch is situated within the Omni Amelia Island Resort, formerly known as the Amelia Island Plantation. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious Shipwatch complex pool that is just a short walk away. This beautiful pool is heated during parts of the year and offers a large deck for finding shade. There is a community grilling area, picnic tables, and a bike rack available for guests as well. Guests can also enjoy the resort’s many walking and biking trails, plus the spa, shops, and dining options. Golf is available at local courses, including Oak Marsh within the resort.
