• Pets are limited to cats, caged birds, & non-aggressive breeds of dogs. (aggressive breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Husky, Akita, Bulldogs, German Shephard, Bull terrier) Maximum 2 pets per property. Guests are responsible for all damages to property & people which may be caused by the pet. The max. size of the pet is 50 lbs For one pet guests should pay a 125 pet cleaning fee. For 2 pets total of 175 Pets inside the properties must be kept clean & sanitary all the time The guest should inform about pets right after the reservation. Any violation of Pet policy will incur up to a 500 fine, plus the cost to recover or clean the property Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises & must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property Please click on the specific room for an accurate description & images of individual listings • Guests whose residence is within 100 mi (161 km) of the property will not be allowed to check-in • Guests are not allowed to book a stay of fewer than 3 days in their city of residence • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a 200-500 USD fine. • Paid parking is available in the building. Please note that parking spaces are limited in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building.

• Gatherings of more than 6 people (in 1BR) including both overnight guests & visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. • Gatherings of more than 8 people (in 2BR) including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
