A quiet treetop retreat awaits in Courtside Villas within the Omni Amelia Island Resort! Up on the second floor, 2349 Courtside Villas has a treehouse effect with beautiful natural views of a magnificent Live Oak canopy. Only an 8-minute walk to the beach and steps away from the closest complex pool, the newly-updated villa offers one bedroom and one full bathroom, and boasts cathedral ceilings with high fixed glass windows in the living area. Freshly furnished and tastefully decorated with coastal touches, 2349 Courtside Villas feels secluded and yet it is only a short walk from many resort attractions. It's main suite includes a king-sized bed, balcony access and full bath.  Please note there are stairs required to reach the front door of the unit, however once inside the property is all one level. The unique design of this condo makes it a great option for a single traveler or a couple who need only one bedroom with a king bed, but would like the option of an additional second bedroom in case family or friends visit. 2351 Courtside Villas is the second bedroom suite lock-off and it can be reserved for an additional price if available and requested.

Courtside Villas is within the gated Omni Amelia Island Resort! Golf is available at many award-winning courses on the island. Bike and golf cart rentals are also offered nearby. Please note that this property is privately owned and not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort. It does not offer guests access to the Club, fitness center, shuttle, or the Racquet Park tennis center next door, although tennis lessons or clinics may still be scheduled.
