Beautiful, spacious and private king suite with a with gorgeous Mountain View and hot tub! This welcoming master bedroom has 510 sq. ft., includes a full bath, jr. kitchenette, roomy closet, and encompasses the entire 2nd level of the home situated above the garage. Crystal clear hot tub and gas fire bowl on back patio! Located on a corner lot of a cul-de-sac in a cozy neighborhood built in the mid-1980s. Guest quote: The suite “is like staying at a 5-star hotel.” Welcome to your oasis!! House Rules | Permit Number: A-STRP-23-1382. Please be considerate and respectful in and near my home/neighborhood. No pets, smoking or events. While smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited in the interior space, it is permitted in the rear exterior patio area where the hot tub is (not in front of home). No open flames (candles or incense). No excessive noise during non-quiet hours. No visitors other than registered Guests without written Host approval. Please do not set luggage on bed to prevent stains from wheels, etc. Luggage racks are provided. Turn off portable environmental control unit (A/C or extra heat) when you go out and, when using, please do not set to extreme temperatures (keep it within regular comfort zone settings). Whole house heating which includes your space in cool weather will already be set to ~67 at night and ~70 during the day. The 49" mounted smart TV has Xfinity Flex, which includes Peacock, also provides music and Ambient Moods options. Guests can also sign-in to a variety of their own account(s) to continue their viewing habits (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) and sign out upon check-out. Guests are not allowed to purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment. There are also ~45 antenna channels, including network/local stations. Please respect check-in and check-out times, unless otherwise agreed. Upon check-out, please just tidy up. No cleaning fee! That's it! Now let's get on with enjoying your stay!
I live and work on the non-common area main level. This means that I am usually home and available if any questions should arise in person or via message. I smoke outside, or sometimes in the garage, if the weather is being impertinent. I also have 60+ highest star reviews on another platform!
The property is located on the corner of a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood built in the mid-1980s. It is a regular neighborhood with all the normal activities, sights and sounds that one would expect. There are grocery and restaurant options just a few blocks away!
