NON SMOKERS ONLY. More economical than any hotel, this is a clean and modern studio condo with a queen-sized bed and a futon located in Indian Shores. Stay in the inter-coastal and watch the boats go by, or fish to your heart's content! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, plenty of linens and towels, clean and modern décor, and an Olympic-sized pool. Wi-Fi. Walk just across the street for a day at the beach. This unit is located one floor up, has a balcony towards Gulf Blvd. Watch dolphins by the inter-coastal . laundry facilities are available in the building in the ground floor, and some boat slips are shared by the tenants. When you arrive look for your parking spot towards the center of the building . Walk towards the back. (water side). Location , location, location. The perfect little waterfront place to have a quiet, relaxing vacation with your loved ones. Restaurants galore in the vicinity . Great shopping 10 minutes away to Seminole mall. Use Alexa as your private concierge. Public tennis court within walking distance as well as parks. Beautiful quaint area. Perfect quiet beach. Best to fly into Tampa international.
