Welcome to our beautiful and spacious short-term rental located in the heart of Augusta. Our fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and style. Situated in a great location, just minutes away from local hospitals, grocery stores, Augusta University, and downtown, our property is the perfect choice. Beacon House is ideal for medical professionals, students, business trips, and families.
My hospitality manager or I will be available to offer assistance throughout your stay. Communicaton will be through Air BnB messages or by cell phone.
It is a small, private, and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Augusta. The Augusta National Golf Course is 2.1 miles away. It is within walking distance (1.0 mile) from Augusta University and minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and downtown Augusta. All major Hospitals and the VA are less than 4 miles away. There are two parking spaces available in front of the house and an additional parking spot adjacent to the home. An affordable car rental is available with advanced notification.
