There is a golf cart available for an additional fee that would be ideal for exploring! The home has spacious decks for entertaining, viewing, and enjoying the refreshing coastal breeze. Inside this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover an inviting living room with comfy seating and a TV, a well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, and a great dining area with beautiful views. The living room leads out to a screened porch that is also great for dining and playing cards and board games. Laundry will be a breeze with the washer/dryer on-site. The main level also enjoys two spacious bedrooms with skylights. The third bedroom and half bath can be found downstairs, separated from the main house.
