There is a $499 smoking/cleaning fee if this is not abided by.

➢CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelation policies on this site that favor the guest shall override

this overlay for cancelations prior to check-in; after check-in,

canceling remaining nights results in 100% nightly rate refund ONLY

starting the 5th booked night after cancelation.

Prior to check-in

more than 14 days prior to check-in = 100% refund

less than 14 days prior to check-in = 50% refund

No show = 0% refund

After check-in

less than 5 nights after cancelation = 0% refund

more than 5 nights after cancelation = 100% refund
