Incredibly spacious 1 bedroom with King bed + partitionable studio with workspace, huge living area, cool patio with BBQ, and a designated parking spot! Centrally located between the Pike/Pine, Broadway, and 15th Ave districts of Capitol Hill- this is a prime location and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood between it all. 2 blocks away from the Safeway grocery store and a 7 minute walk from the light rail station with direct access to and from SeaTac airport. **Note the following house rules must be abided to at all times** -Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, smoking will result in a 300 USD charge per day smoking occurs in the unit. -Loss of keys will result in a 300 USD charge. -Late check out (unless agreed to previously by the host) will result in a charge of the following night's rate, plus 200 USD. -Bringing a pet without consent of the host will result in a 500 USD charge. -No excessive noise or partying, especially past 10 PM. Please respect my neighbors. If I receive a noise complaint you will be asked to leave the apartment without refund and you will receive a negative review. -No guests except for those staying at the property (unless previously agreed to by the host). Any additional guests occupying the property without disclosure on the reservation or consent of the host will result in a 300 USD charge per day per additional guest. -Any indication of drug use will result in eviction and authorities being called.
