Les and Oksana Mironuck are the owners of Lafayette Manor Bed & Breakfast, and they reside on premises. Les and Oksana both have a Ukrainian heritage. Both of Les’s grandparents immigrated to America during the early part of the 1900s. Oksana was born and raised in Azerbaijan but currently hers immediate family resides in Odessa (South Ukraine). Les and Oksana met during one of the many trips Les has made to Ukraine. They were married in 2013, and launched Lafayette Manor Bed and Breakfast the following year. ​ Before becoming the innkeeper for Lafayette Manor, Oksana was employed as Director of Imports for a Ukraine based stone company. As such, she traveled to numerous countries throughout the world and therefore, has a unique perspective on world events. Oksana also studied under a French chef, and has since mastered many European dishes—American as well. She also speaks several languages. Her diverse skills, talents, and cultural knowledge have made their customers—from all corners of the globe—feel welcome and comfortable at Lafayette Manor.
