The covered back porch, complete with rocking chairs, is the perfect place to while away the time, gaze out over the water, and catch stunning sunrises and sunsets with your favorite beverage in hand. Move down to the newly constructed sun deck to lay out and soak up some rays or fire up the gas grill for a beachside barbecue. A sandy path meanders from the deck down to the beach. Inside, bright coastal tones are complemented by strong natural lighting and water views throughout. The spacious great room is a favorite gathering spot for TV or game nights.
