This beauty also sits approx. 4.7 miles from the Memphis International Airport & 2.2 miles from the Liberty Bowl Stadium. A gorgeous 2 bedroom & 1 full bath that is as inviting as it looks. This home is uniquely designed so that Our Guest can unwind after spending a long day of venturing, right in the heart of the Mid-South. The Intimate Great room is so warm & welcoming, why not make it a family movie night. With a huge backyard area for lounging, Our Guest can enjoy outdoor activities such as grilling, relaxing, family time and simply enjoying nature. Unfortunately, We Do Not Book To Locals, but this can be optional as long as there is a "Valid Reason For The Nature of Your Stay!" It will definitely need to be Approved! This property has Strict Rules & Regulations in place. There are "ABOSLUTELY' No Gatherings or Parties Allowed! If You are wanting to have a Small & Intimate Gathering the "Host" has to be made aware of this and will decide if Your "Gathering Request" will be Approved or Not! If You are approved to have a gathering, You are only allowed to have a certain amount of Guest to visit the property. (discussed after booking) There will be an "Additional Gathering Fee" that will need to be paid at the Time Of Booking!
