Welcome to this three-bedroom, 1,450-square-foot second-floor home right in the center of Newport Beach - just a short walk (or about ten houses) from the sand with no major streets to cross. Take walks on the beach, enjoy live music, and sit and relax in the comfort of this vacation home and play shuffleboard with the family. As you enter this pristine, light, bright home, you'll notice the many windows in the great room. The living area - with a comfortable seating nook - and a large TV is a great place to relax, recharge, and reconnect in between your various adventures and excursions. There is also a balcony and a shuffleboard table. A dining table that seats eight is large enough for everyone to eat together inside. It is accompanied by a modern kitchen with everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family and friends. All you need to do is add the food and have fun. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI, and Hulu for your convenience.

This home (like most in this moderate climate coastal area) does not have air-conditioning. No smoking is allowed inside or outside. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc.
