Property information

Stay downtown! Park your car and walk around the Hot Springs historic district. This clean and comfortable home is great for couples, families, friends, vacationers, business travelers and anyone who wants to be in the eclectic downtown vibe. Walk just a half-block and you will find great restaurants, shops, bars, music, art galleries, and walking trails. The Visitors Center, Bathhouse Row, and the National Park are just a few blocks away. Ideal for 1, 2, 3, or up to 4 guests -- relax and enjoy!

Neighbourhood information

522 Orange Street is on the block connecting Quapaw Avenue (main avenue of the residential historic district) and Ouachita Avenue (so-called Sidetown), which is two blocks from the south end of popular Central Avenue downtown historic district. Both routes lead you directly to Central Avenue but Ouachita is a few minutes faster and features new shops, bars, and restaurants including Splash Wine Bar, Chrysalis Day Spa, SQZBX Pizza, Starlite Club, and Colorado Grill. And be sure to check out the new Machine Gun Grotto at the Armory -- where you can literally shoot a Thompson Sub Machine Gun. The neighborhood is quirky and fun and a convenient walk to everything downtown. Most guests prefer to just walk around as you are right downtown and everything in the Historic District is within a mile. Lakes are best explored with your car. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is less than two miles away so it is walkable but most either drive or take a taxi, Uber or Lyft. It is not overly difficult to park in Hot Springs and it is mostly free.
