It's tucked away with a 7 minute walk or drive to anything you need and want at your fingertips from shopping, grocery, farmers markets, hospitals, mall, high end retail, bakeries, concerts, athletics, art, theater, conferences, fun life and living! *SouthPark, Cotswold, South End, Panther Stadium, Bojangles, Midtown, Uptown, Downtown, Plaza Midwood, Lakes and Mountains. The list in endless!!
Hi my name is Stephanie! My Family and I LOVE to travel any chance we can. Airbnb has given us that opportunity and has been a success in exploring beautiful properties and areas while having enough space for our growing 3 children! We enjoy being adventurous, eating out, sitting with our toes in the sand, hiking, relaxing, dancing, playing sports and finding new gems together!
Beautiful peaceful developed neighborhood that boarders SouthPark and Cotswold. House is on a spacious corner lot with a 7 min walk to Cotswold Shopping Center with many restaurants, coffee options, grocery stores, donuts and shops shops shops!! What is so wonderful about this location is you can get to downtown, uptown, midtown, south end, plaza midwood, the Panther Stadium, Bojangles Stadium, Charlotte Convention Center, breweries and so much more within minutes! SouthPark is an upscale residential and commercial area offering designer shopping at the huge SouthPark mall, and smaller, independent fashion stores at the Phillips Place and Morrison shopping centers. Young professionals hang out in the area's numerous posh bars, while the local dining scene features French cafes, casual sushi spots and brick-oven pizza joints!
