We have been in the same location here in SW Florida since 1997. Our small selection of properties are either exclusively owned or privately owned by carefully selected individual homeowners. They are maintained and managed in partnership with our locally based property manager. We understand how much your choice of accommodation can make or break your vacation experience. We do not compromise quality for cost and we strive to ensure that a vacation spent in one of our homes will be a special experience with lasting memories and not simply just "somewhere to stay.”

Property information

Situated in a private cul-de-sac location in one of the most prestigious areas of SW Cape this home has it all - 3 full en-suite luxury bedrooms, architect-designed kitchen, home office and poolside bathroom with heated shower. The home has two separate living areas. The main entranceway opens to a sitting room offering peaceful views of the waterway and direct access to the sun deck. This area offers a relaxing atmosphere and “quiet” area away from the main family room. Next to the sitting room is an attractive dining area with stylish modern furnishings, ideal for casual dining or for that special romantic celebration. The main family room offers a second spacious living area with ample seating for six and a large wide screen TV. Retractable sliding doors allow for the Florida outdoor lifestyle to be fully integrated with the indoors. The spacious kitchen with many amenities to make cooking and dining a pleasure, including blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and an extensive selection of quality appliances. A walk-in utility room has family washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast nook overlooks the pool deck & provides casual dining for six. Staircase from the kitchen area leads to a 1960’s “retro style” upstairs games room with outside balcony overlooking the waterway, equipped for pool and table tennis with sofa, and full bathroom including shower and toilet. The extended sun deck has an extensive selection of patio furniture, and the shaded dining area is fully equipped with outdoor furnishings including large dining table, and sun-loungers. All this just minutes from local shops, stylish waterfront dining and shopping at prestigious Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marinas, ten minutes from Cape Coral beach and championship golf courses and a short drive to the white-sand beaches, art galleries and restaurants on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
