The property was beautiful and comfy, and the owner was very helpful (we had to do an unexpected late booking at 9pm and we arrived at the property at 10pm). Our daughter loved the trampoline. There is also a lovely decking with chairs to sit outside and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Spacious, modern apartment with excellent cooking facilities. Plenty of parking space. Grocery shop near the house. The apartment is not exactly in the very centre of Smiltene, but the town is quite small, so everything is easily reachable by foot. The apartment is not on the ground floor (3rd or 4th floor I think), there is no elevator in the building - this might be a consideration for some guests. Overall - great stay!

It was great to see that, even though the house was located in the middle of a lake, all necessary comforts were available. awesome! no complains. small, but very comfortable house. very good owner! as a bonus, he is a massage master, so you can ask for a session. silent! sauna in place for additional 40e, good one! and a lake just in 20m!
