Location felt really safe, subway is on next street and was really convenient for getting around. Also easy walking distance to many areas including Penn station for the journey from and to the airport. Lots of food and drink options on your doorstep too. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely great personnel! Everybody whom we spoke to or asked anything were more than helpful and nice. Quick check in/check out, luggage storage provided on the day we left (they even have a scale to weigh your bags!). Rooms cleaned every day and well equipped (fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron and board). Breakfast OK, not like in European 4* hotels but I guess it’s OK.
