The place definitely exceeded our expectations. The room, dining area and the whole camp ground are much larger than in the pictures. Everything was extremely well maintained and clean. The owners went the extra mile - were always helpful and available and keen to have a conversation (each night we chatted at the dinner and breakfast). They also set-up a fireplace and showed us hippos that you could see at night near the camp. Food was also excellent - the cook listened to all our dietary requirements. Last night we had an "African Night", that allowed us to try local food

The property was in a good position for safari. The staff were really friendly and the food for lunch and evening meals was delicious. The experience at the hotel was really authentic and loved the rented accommodation. We were very fortunate to see monkeys by the pool.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are up-to-date with new WiFi, making it easy to stay connected. You don’t need to worry the insects. Here is clean and tidy. Services are also perfect and sweet. The hot showers are a dream, especially after a long day. When you’re heading to the national park, they’ll delicious breakfast and lunch boxes - they’re a real treat. And at night, the sounds of wildlife create a magical atmosphere. It’s a fantastic experience I highly recommend!

It was our second visit to Mara NP, but our first time sleeping within these grounds. Waking up with a river view and having zebras or hyenas or giraffes looking right across is mesmerising. The tent was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for three persons. Esmo was assigned to take care of us at meal times and he did a wonderful job. The meals were freshly prepared and very good. It was like a set menu and there was always a vegeterian option. The Masai also made us feel safe in the evening while escorting us.

Absolutely everything about this place in every way. To put this into perspective I've been watching wildlife documentaries and survival programmes since I was a kid, with a dream of being in the Masai Mara on safari. I've had this dream for nearly 40 years. When the reality of the trip bypasses the massive expectations I've had all that time is the tribute I have for this camp. The staff, the guides, the tents, the food, the location and everything in between has left a mark for life. Wow what an incredible snd intoxicating experience...asante sana x
