Nastanitev El Toucanet Lodge je od znamenitosti narodni park Manuel Antonio oddaljena 47 km in ponuja restavracijo, vrt, teraso ter bar. The lodge is located in the beautiful mountains of Copey. The road leading to this lovely place of natural beauty is very good. We were greeted by Diego who was most helpful and kind.The delicious breakfast is a typical Costa Rican one, which you enjoy while watching all the humming birds at their feeders! Dinner was also very good and prices were reasonable. The uphill climb on their trail is worth it, especially if you can make it to their Cypress Forest!

Situated in San Gerardo, Rio Chirripo features a garden and year-round outdoor pool. Free WiFi in the main area is available. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony. Stunning views, amazing property, exceptional food. This place is off the beaten path but well worth the effort to travel. The most comfortable beds in all of Costa Rica!! Everything about this place is magical and intentional.

Trogon Lodge is located 1.5 km from San Gerardo de Dota town centre and 9 km from Los Quetzales National Park. It features an extensive garden, a terrace and BBQ facilities. Gorgeous sorroundings full of flowers and birds. The service is spectacular and the food is good. The rooms are comfortable and it’s just a beautiful and peaceful place to be. The quetzal tour was also very great value!

Featuring a deck for yoga lessons, a restaurant, and meals included with the rate, Macaw Lodge is located in Carará, within the Carará Nature Reserve. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Amazing place with beautiful garden and forest to walk through, waterfall and cocoa plantation. You can watch birds during a day and go to look for frogs in the evening. Absolutely loved it!

Nastanitev EYA Ecolodge se nahaja približno 32 km od znamenitosti slapovi Nauyaca in ponuja razgled na gore ter balkon. By far the best experience we had in Costa Rica. The view from that place, the room itself, Esteban and family, the food - all of that was amazing. There is access to the river with a little patio where guests can enjoy a cool bath and the beautiful view from the valley. The way to get there is a little bumpy, but worth it (you pass a couple waterfalls). Esteban is incredibly helpful and will proudly show you the place and his hibiscus wine! creations. The room has a wonderful view and you get to see lots of birds (toucans, hummingbirds).

A very lovely place a few minutes from town, well worth the extra driving minutes for the great view and calm. We has the two bedroom house, everything was perfect. The French owners are very sweet and helpful for any questions. There were comments about difficult road access but it clearly has been improved since, we had a 4x4 but the road is a very easy matter at time of writing.

Boasting a garden and a bar, Cascada Elysiana is located 5 km down the road from Platanillo. International and local dishes are served at the in-house restaurant. The private waterfall was serene and stunning. The gardens were a feast for the eyes and nose. Wonderfully helpful staff and volunteers.
