Modern, clean, Nice location, great view, friendly staff, good coffee, Netflix was included, big screen Smart tv in the room, all facilities needed, lovely lobby, grill, terrace & pontoon. No neighbors close to our place (which is good for intimacy and quietness), but who knows in the future? Will come again.

The cozy atmosphere of a typical Romanian house. We liked the kind and warm hospitality of the owner and his family. We had amazing strolls all around the lake and the hills with their friendly dogs.

Set in Colibiţa, Casa dintre Brazi offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a garden and a shared lounge. Definetly a great area and a great location for the pension. The host was most welcoming, friendly and great. We had bicycles provided which were a great way of exploring the area. The place was clean, well equipped, though do not expect the levels of a 5 star hotel. This will suit more people that want to have a really nice place to stay between hiking, walking etc, It comes with barbecue grills if you want to have a nice meal at the end of the day. It also has a fully fitted kitchen inside for use as needed. We had the place mostly to ourselves for our stay and great weather, which made the place that more lovely. Please be aware the entrance is to the left, immediately as you passed the entrance for Fisherman's retreat, coming from the dam. It is a small steep alleyway up.

Situated in Bretea, Paradisul Verde features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a tennis court. We found it almost deserted, with no hot food on site and a crew working on refinishing the dining room floor in preparation for the Easter opening. Yet the young caretaker stepped up like a champion, cooked us dinner from his own provisions. We arrived by bicycle after a day of riding and to us this was above-and-beyond hospitality. The place has a beautiful forest backdrop.

Offering a bar, Căsuțe Suzanne Băile Figa offers accommodation in Beclean. Lovely log cabin with ensuite bathroom and satellite TV. The owners accepted my booking at short notice and we're quick to restore the electric after a serious thunder storm. I spent almost a week here with my 3 dogs and was quite happy and comfortable. The town of Beclean with shops restaurants and amenities is a 5 to 10 minute drive away. During the week it was very quiet and relaxing.
