Location is right in the shopping street. There is a supermarket just opposite of the entrance. Also secured private parking underground. The laundry room has both washing machine and dryer. The facility is new just like the picture.

It was truly amazing, beyond words. I wish i could find words to describe how awesome this was. I travel to all high-end luxury hotels across the globe but this one is definitely one of my favorites. Located in Riscone, Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels of the World features a restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar and a spacious wellness and fitness centre. The hotel has an amazing design, rooms are spacious, there is always a place around the pools. But most importantly the service kept on surprising us and it was one of the best that we have seen - especially for dinner (we had Matteo and it was really outstanding and exceptional service). We will definitely come back here.

The lady meeting us at the reception was extremely supportive and exceeded our expectations by giving us all information we needed including lake boats timetable, best restaurants in the neighborhood even discount card for the grocery next door.
