Also many attractions are for free or reduced price, the cable car to the mountain is free, etc. - staff is friendly and helpful - a restaurant is on the ground floor One of those rare places where you don't expect much but it blows your mind and you enjoy every minute there

All of the staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast and restaurant food were fabulous!

Service was excellent, staff was very polite and friendly, rooms are clean, atmosphere is relaxing, good price, beautiful view of the mountains, would recommend staying at this hotel while visiting Austria.

The location is amaising! The hotelroom is nice and big with an incredible view to the incredibly beautiful mountains!

The staff were genuinely awesome and happy to see us everyday so helpful I loved it, felt like coming home to mam.. so efficient and nothing was too much trouble.. felt happy to ask for anything
