Located right off the Trans-Canada Highway, this hotel is just 10 minutes’ drive from Thunder Bay city centre. It includes a daily continental breakfast, fitness centre and free in-room Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold items. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about lakefront area for our first visit to Thunder Bay. 5 forks Restaurant next door was awesome.

Located 1 km from the Thunder Bay International Airport the hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and refrigerator. Not much can be said - Best Western has their corporate standards, and the hotels are very much alike, so you pretty well know what you get. They are not fancy, but the basics are there. Basically, you get what you pay for.

Safe, comfortable and clean with extras on top! Super comfortable bed with 4 pillows, small (I only got the smaller queen room) but nice kitchenette area, the shower and bright bathroom light was also awesome. This location had everything you needed and more, close to the water, lots of restaurants, nice finishes and small items like makeup remover wipes and blow dryer. It also felt safe since there was a door code at the street as well as my room.
