Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P.

Dinh Residence is offering accommodations in Zweisimmen. The property provides room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Mr Dinh is an amazing host . He gave us early checkin seeing the weather was a bit rainy.Rooms were excellent with a great view and very clean.Food was amazing we ordered chicken fried rice and tofu yellow curry. There was a small area for kids to play as well which was very mindful. Overall it was a very memorable stay. Thank you Mr Dinh 😊

Hotel Krone Budget features a restaurant, fitness center, a shared lounge and garden in Lenk. This 2-star hotel offers a ski pass sales point and babysitting service. Upon arrival the guest card was not sent to me via E-Mail. I went to the main building of the Hotel "Krone". There were two gentlemen in process of moving furniture out of the hotel. One took care of the guest card. I was asked for my personalities. Then a short while later I did receive the guest card via E-Mail. The last day of my holiday in Hotel "Krone Budget", at the Restaurant "zum Gade" nobody showed up in the morning at 06:30. In the guest information upon arrival it was stated that it will be possible to have breakfast at this restaurant after 06:30. I explicitly had announced on my arrival day that I shall come by this time for breakfast. I then went to the main building of the Hotel "Krone". I asked there when I could get breakfast. At first I was told by 07:30. Then as more employees arrived I was told it will be possible to have breakfast immediately i.e. at 07:00 as certain things still were in process of being prepared. By that occasion I told to one employee who bothered about electricity the evening before that the heating in the toilet of my room did not work. Most likely the air had to be let out. He wanted to fix this immediately. I told him he can fix this when I am gone. This overall was a very great service. They very much did take care!
