Located in the village of Karlstejn, this air-conditioned 4-star hotel is just 1640 feet below Karlstejn Castle and overlooks Berounka River. Location could not be better, right on the main road near the castle. The room was very clean, breakfast was ample. Would definitely stay here again

This is a small, old hotel in a small town in a perfect location between mountains. The owner and staff are very friendly. The food is very tasty and the breakfast is also excellent. The view from the window was worth any price!

A recently renovated apartment, Second chance apartment offers accommodations in Choteč. This apartment offers free private parking, free shuttle service, and free Wifi. It is a small apartment but it has everything you would need... there's a TV and a kitchen, en suite toilet and shower. It's inside a residence and you can have meals in the garden with a view of the nearby mountains. The breakfast of muesli and pancakes were good! Lenny is a very hospitable host, and she can give you recommendations where to go... she offers tours and other activities and I think even transport to Prague (better to contact her directly through the app to be sure). There is a free parking spot in front of the house. Pets are allowed, and they have a very sweet and friendly dog. The surrounding area is charming, with the fields of yellow rapeseed flowers blooming in the spring. I saw in the activities list quarry swimming, which can be nice to try in the summer.
