The room was very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. The children's play area was sufficient for the little ones. The view was beautiful.

Set amid stunning landscape at the foot of the Wendelstein Mountain, in the heart of the Bavarian Alps, this traditional family-run hotel offers quiet, comfortable accommodations. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, always smiling. A very nice and well-behaved dog was sometimes staying near reception :) The breakfasts are fresh and tasty! The atmosphere of the hotel is great, we also loved the pictures and furniture in shared spaces. For the Silvester-Nacht there was a super nice celebration dinner with live music and dancing. The only tiniest thing that was missing: we really wished there were some Weißwurst for breakfast... :) Otherwise, only positive emotions after our trip! Thank you very much!

This traditional hotel is located in the area of Alpenreigion Tegernsee-Schliersee. It can be reached easily from Munich in a pleasant 80 minutes train ride. The Bier garden was an excellent setting for a great dinner.

This country-style hotel is located amid breathtaking forests and alpine meadows directly at Bavaria's largest skiing area Sudelfeld and at the ski elevator. The impression of calm you get when you first drive off the road, of the space around the hotel, and the views. Although we were there to ride the Deutsche Alpen Strasse we did a couple of local walks too. Incredible views all to the tune of the cow bells. Wann hören die Kühe auf zu läuten?
