Set in the centre of Tarragona, Pigal is just 100 metres from Tarragona Convention Centre and a 5-minute walk from Tarragona Train Station. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout. We completely recommend Pigal! First of all the location is amazing you can walk from there to all the touristic places in the city. Xavi the owner gives you a map with the best tips! We only spend one night in the city but we wish to spend more after our experience in the hostel. So don’t hesitate to book this place if you are visiting Tarragona.

This 19th century country house, situated in the Alcanar Oasis in the south of Tarragona, was used by Alfonso XII as a summer retreat. The location was very tranquil and easy walk to the beach. The grounds were beautiful, surrounded by orange groves. The staff was very helpful and we were able to explore surrounding areas. The views and surroundings were just amazing. We loved the nature and sounds of birds in the morning and evening. The room was very comfortable and having decks off of both ends was very special. Created a wonderful cross-breeze! Clementina was the name of the room. We were also very fortunate to take advantage of a 'winter rate'.
