Unfortunately we had an accident on our way which resulted in a trip to Dole hospital and the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help in any way they could. We will always be grateful and would highly recommend this lovely place.

Even though we only booked a room we became a whole chalet just for us! There is the main house of the owners with a restaurant and then there are about 6 chalets behind it. We had a beautiful big chalet with full equipped kitchen and nice big terrace with beautiful view. There were two lovely coats who came to visit our chalet. We could park the car right in front of the chalet. Good wifi. Nice area for hiking or biking.

Excellent location,very close to the Doubs and the Swiss border. Best to reserve in the restaurant as our first night we had to dine elswhere in the village. We assumed, as residents of the hotel we would automatically have a table.... The food was very good and good help from the wine waiter in order to choosean appropriate wine. Our room, which was very comfortable, overlooked the village and the valley of the Doubs - wonderfully quiet and a great opportunity to view the night sky without light pollution. We would definitely return.

There's a large kitchen and a big diningroom table. We loved the apartment. A+++++

We were so thankful for the upgrade to air conditioned rooms. We were passing through and just needed to rest. If it would have been hot, rest would have been difficult. Thank you to the person who did this. It was a wonderful stay and a good price.

A fabulous experience to return to old style French town centre hotels which offer such a cosy and comfortable environment. So many of these hotels have been lost to the advance of tasteless plastic style hotels on out of town industrial estates. The Hotel de Paris in Bescancon is a true hotel, abounding with architectural and decorational pleasures. For breakast, which is delicious and varied, the dining hall is graciously elegant with a natural wood squeaky floor and on warm days, the outdoor breakfast terrace is marvellous, or for after breakfast coffee. And while enjoying fresh air coffee, admire the beautiful stone architecture. We must all stay in these hotels, in towns, otherwise they will be lost for ever. Car parking at the hotel is limited, however, the nearby underground car park which seems very secure, charged me only one Euro from 7pm to 8am !!
