This place is excellent and the people go out of their way to help. Kevin in particular was very accommodating and assisted me during my stay. Excellent meals. Really worth the stay.

The Harbour Masters House enjoys a location in Banagher, 12 miles from Cross of the Scriptures and 19 miles from Dun na Si Heritage & Genealogical Centre. Darren, the host, was really lovely and kindly accommodated our early check-in. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful. And, finally, the location is really special - the back garden is beautiful and the canal itself is wonderful!

The property is newly renovated, clean, with all that you might need including a washing machine and dishwasher. It is centrally located and just around the corner from the main street in Town. Parking was available a short distance away from the house.

Brona Dempsey in Birr provides accommodations with a garden, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. Lovely continental breakfast with juice and tea/coffee. Brona was very attentive and nothing was a problem! She even ironed husband's shirt for the wedding we were attending and organised taxis. So helpful.

Charlotte's Way B&B enjoys a location in Banagher, 22 miles from Athlone Topwn Shopping Centre and 23 miles from Athlone Train Station. The hostess was very kind and generous. The setting was beautiful and quiet. The walk into town to enjoy the local pub was just right.
