A fabulous location, overlooking Lake Bracciano. The apartment was perfect for a couple. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the well equuipped kithen. Our host had also kindly placed still and sparkling water and a small bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. We relied on a fantastic blog, https://travelconnectexperience.net/anguillara-sabazia/ , to inform us of things to do, places to visit and where to dine. A train ride into Rome takes 40 minutes and costs an unbelievably cheap €2.60 each way!

A very nice apartment, with a great view to Lake Bracciano, which is just across the street, very nice hosts, very clean and not far from central Rome. Once can both enjoy the countryside, the water sports and the cultural richness of Rome.

The room was spacious and clean. Very comforable bed. The location is relaxing and romantic. At the restaurant, the meal is wonderful and the staff is very careful si friendly. We can't wait to go back there.

very quiet property on the east end of the charming town. walkable to restaurants and beach. we didn’t use the bicycles, but they were available. nice view of the lake from the shaded balcony

Very modern, nice and clean 2 level apartment in a cozy condominium. There were lots of parking places and very nice and helpful host. Not far from apartment is Bracciano town - really worth seeing it. Easy connection to Rome via train from railway station. Place is very quiet! My recommendations!

Amazing location! In front of the lake with private beach. Quite and relaxing place, perfect for families and children, fully equipped with bar restaurant pool and more, at just 5mins from the wonderful Trevignano Romano. Very kind staff , toilets showers and all common areas always really clean. Nice private patio and garden. Thank you very much for this nice stay!

I never give 10 but I make an exception. It's the second year in a row I book Agriturismo La Gismonda and it is still my favourite place ever, especially considering the fact I book many places around Europe every year.

Everything excellent, more than expected. It's hard to describe the good service by Luca. Not just top, but he gives service with passion and love. Never met a kinder person than him. Large area for the kids to play including football posts, table soccer, a swing etc. There is also a small farm. Just 7 minutes away from the Lake. It's the perfect place to find peace. 😊 Luca 100 out of 10.

Such a wonderful pre or post stay. I could write a book about this out of the way, but close to central Rome, airport or cruise port. It is truly breathtaking. Thank you to our host and to the many locals for their hospitality.

A very cozy and relaxed place close to nearby attractions. The facility was walking distance from the train station to Rome.

The owner went above and beyond. She was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clearly carefully thought out to provide comfort for the guests. I would highly recommend staying here!

The elevated position above the lake, provide incredible views (early morning and evenings are magical). The villa is up a 'steep' hill and with only 4 of us, it felt huge (it is). The facilities were great and it's definitely a safe, quiet place to stay. Our hosts (Mimmo and Anna), were lovely and as they live in the villa next door, were on-hand should there have been any issues - there weren't. The only thing the villa could benefit from, would be air-con, but as it's situated on a hill, the breeze and fans are fine - we'll certainly go back.
