The staff there is super nice. They try their best to help you. We got information about local boat and trekking tours from them! They told us where to rent cars/bicycles. Very useful information for travellers! The room is super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there for our next trip in Le Maddalena!

Il Gabbiano was the first hotel on the island of La Maddalena, built in 1955. It offers beautiful views of the crystal clear sea and the islands of Caprera, Santo Stefano and Spargi. Different from what others wrote in their review, my room had its own balkony with a wonderful view on the sea - even better than on the pictures. My room was also very quiet, and clean. While I arrived with low expectations, I was very positively surprised in the end.

Hotel Villa Marina, is set in a renewed, ancient villa located in the heart of La Maddalena residential area, at short distance from Admiralty Square and the shopping center. WiFi is free throughout. We have stayed at this hotel during every visit to La Maddalena since we were children (we are now in our 30s/40s)...since before there was online booking. This is our preferred hotel at the island and will only stay here. We always enjoy the breakfast and the location is perfect. Grazie Rita to you and your staff for your warm hospitality, as always!
