The room was not large but it was well designed, remodeled around an old stone house. The hostess Angela was friendly and very helpful.

When people were advised not to leave their homes during the thunderstorm on Ironman weekend, they organized food for the guests (even though the restaurant was closed). Fantastic!! If you come to do the race, you will be right in the middle between Ironman Start and Transition. I would stay here again anytime!

The staff at Hotel Bisanzio went above and beyond to help us with restaurant choices, what to see, getting to the cruise terminal and general area information. They are all so kind and welcoming. The Ravenna area was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is absolutely the best. We were within walking distance to the sights, shopping and restaurants.
