Featuring a garden, Garni Halali in Ortisei is located 2 km from St. Ulrich - Seiser Alm. Popular points of interest nearby include Ortisei - Furnes 1736m and St. Ulrich-Raschotz. Owner Josefine of Garni Halali was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us recommendations for the area and she was always in for a chat. We have not often experienced such an involved owner before, very nice. The location of Garni Halali is perfect, just a few minutes drive from the centre of Ortisei up the mountain. The views are great, also from our balcony. You can easily take a bus down to the city centre, or walk there (just take into account the bus runs until 6 PM - after that it’s an uphill walk of 20 minutes. Josefine prepares a delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of choice, such a fresh bread and tasty cakes. The rooms are very tidy, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is great. We would a 100% come back again.
