We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation through Booking.com had not made it onto their system despite us having a confirmation email and the booking showing in the app. Jose was a star, ensuring we had a room. It was perfect. A great size, clean, sea view. I had the best nights sleep and a hot powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. It had every option you could possibly wish for with a chefs station where you could request, eggs, omelettes etc. The team really could not do enough to help us. I’d 100% recommend and wish we were staying here for the remainder of our trip.

My daughter left her beats behind when we checked out and didn’t realize it until we were on the airplane headed home. I contacted a relative of mine to please go to front desk and ask if anyone had turned in the beats. To my surprise they had the beats at front desk. This is the only Hotel I stay at when traveling to Culiacán, Sinaloa.

Pools were nice. Grounds well maintained. Restaurant was good. Staff helpful, especially the valay guys for getting transportation to town. Seemed to be more geared for the all inclusive crowd, instead of those who want to experience Mazatlan.
