Jabal Shems provides authentic accommodations in tents and bungalows to experience a traditional Bedouin camp. Our standard room which looked like a stone jail from the outside was very comfortable and well appointed inside. Heater welcome in the evening. Bed excellent. Half board meals were tasty and varied over the two nights we stayed Staff friendly and efficient Bring warm clothes!

We were welcomed with qahwa, fresh fruits, biscuits and dates which was very nice. We picked the place because we wanted to take our dog with us, so it was great that the place was pet friendly!

The road is very winding and night driving wouldn’t be advised. The guest house is a convenient 40 minute drive to the W6 Balcony Canyon Walk.
