Maison d'hôtes DAR DRISS is a recently renovated guest house in Matmata where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Welcoming and kind hosts. Very clean and comfortable room in a very quiet but central location. Fantastic breakfast to set you up for the day whilst exploring the plentiful sights in the area. Would also highly recommend you have dinner here…delicious and wholesome traditional meal, you definitely won’t go hungry! It must be the best place to stay in Matmata :-)))

A recently renovated vacation home, Dar almasyaf, maison bord de mer offers accommodations in Gabès. This beachfront property offers access to free Wifi and free private parking. The host was very responsive and extremely kind in wanting to make sure we were comfortable. The house is lovely and exactly as described in the photo. We also found fruit and water upon arrival. The location was very quiet and close to the sea and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it for a stay in Gabes.

Private parking is available on site. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, full-day security, and free Wifi. Very nice and caring hosts, stayed four nights as compared to initially two. The sea side just a stone throw away, empty beach, big living room. The beach bar downstairs will be ready for the world championship.

Providing inner courtyard views, Auberge de Tamezret in Tamezret provides accommodations, a garden, and a bar. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. This is by far one of the most special places we’ve been to. I read a review where one said it was worth the 500 km detour from Tunis, I’ll give you a better one: it’s worth a 4000 km detour from Amsterdam! The setting, the views, the amazing rooms, the village itself, the location, the hospitality and company and above all, the delicious dinner and breakfast. It was perfect from start to finish. Offering inner courtyard views, Au Trait d'Union Tijma Matmata in Matmata features accommodations, a garden, and a terrace. The property is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. It is 10 min away from Matmatah in the village of Tijma very peaceful and in the middle of the desert. very special place. the Man that runs it, Habib, is super friendly and nice. he took us on a nice trip to tataouine stopping on many sights. very knowledgeable. Food was delicious. highly recommended!
