The hosts were most superb I ever met in Vietnam. Regardless language barrier, amazingly lots of resource and information I could garner to arrange itinerary smoothly. The lady owner even lent me her jacket for me to withstand the sudden coldness when weather turned to winter within a day. The double bed room had the basics for all I needed to stay comfortably. The location is just 5 min walk away from main waiting point if public bus is considered for trip to Ban Gioc waterfall. Cao Bang is an alluring odyssey for gems in northern Vietnam.

This homestay is exactly what we were looking for! It offers a stay in the home of a lovely Vietnamese family. The rooms are large, very clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed delicious homecooked breakfast and dinner prepared by Zeewee (I hope I wrote it properly) and the opportunity for conversation with the family while drinking their local rice wine. We also got some great tips for our visit in the area. Highly recommended for a stay in Cao Bang.

It's the perfect place to stay at Cao Bang for one or two night. The place is quiet, you can find all the commodities near it : laundry, rent a motor bike, bus to/from Ban Gioc, restaurants (even for vegetarians), some shops... There is no karaoke near, so you could sleep well to (and it's a good point in Vietnam!). The host is realy helpful and speak english enough well to understand you for the main needed. I recommend this place, realy!

We liked our experience at the Jeanne hotel. First, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also immaculate, and the shower had strong pressure. Also, it is equipped with many supplies. Then the hotel's location is convenient since it is in the heart of Cao Bang, with several nearby restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops. Finally, besides being very spotty the second day, the wifi service was satisfying overall.

Definitly the best hostel to stay in Cao Bang ! Everything is clean, new and with very confortable beds ! The owner is so kind, inspiring and very helpful ! You can rent a motobike (very good ones) there or organize a loop with an easyrider, they will give you the best tips, and create with you a customized program for your stay ! I can only recommand this hostel ! Thank you again !

The best homestay that we stayed in Vietnam. The host helped us with anything. We also rented a bike here to do a Cao Bang loop. We arrived early in the morning. The host let us to sleep at another room for a while. Definitely recommend this homestay for all of you.

The most comfortable, clean and luxurious room we’ve had. The quality of service and the place is 4* hotel. The receptionist helped us to plan everything to come to Cao Bang and to go and explore the region: thank you Dam Thao!!

It was the best budget option by far in Cao Bang. We booked a double, and the room was huge. The location right on the river front, in the city, was great - although close to what (there isnt much in Cao Bang) I am not certain.

Great hotel, good location to restaurants and amenities. Staff are lovely but limited English. Laundry service available. Bathroom is a bit small but it didn't bother us. Good price if you're visiting Cao Bang.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vietnam! Lan was a lovely host, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and the room was immaculate. If you’re staying in Cao Bang, there is nothing better.

Cleanest stay so far in Vietnam. Very nice spacious room and the host spoke English. Good pitstop between Dong Van and Cao Bang.

Unlike other hostels I stayed in Cao Bang, this one wasn’t that noisy, so I slept well at night. Comfy beds. AC works properly.

I stayed 4 days in this hostel, Duan is amazing, so nice he will help you to have your best time in Cao Bang
