Very good hotel for families with kids. Everything is well organized, rooms are fresh and clean, the services are OK and food is good. Staff is very good, including supervisors at the waterpark - they are very attentive. Great staff at the main bar and pool bar. Maybe I would recommend: providing some more dietic (boiled, not grilled) meat/fish options; and also if - possible - expand the playground, which is a bit small for the demand. Overall good value for money.

The animation team was really fantastic. Great shows and entertainment every day. And the mini club for children was also very good. Our kids of 4 and 6 enjoyed it a lot! The beach is on walking distance, hotel staff is very friendly, rooms were hygienic and cleaned every day, buffet is ok.

The hotel is located right at the beautiful sandy beach with clear sea. We had a bungalow with a private pool, which was literally few steps from the beach. The hotel is also relatively close to Heraklion which makes trips to the city or airport very easy (circa 20 mins). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the swimming pool and facilities are very nice and well kept. We had an all inclusive option. The food was decent but not exceptional. Some things were nice some things much less, but overall there was a good variety and choice. We used the spa for massages and treatments. It was nice and not too expensive. The staff is generally nice and helpful. They literally love kids which is an advantage if you are traveling with young people.
