If I could, I would rate 11/10! One of the best villas that we have ever stayed in Chalkidiki. Every summer me and my family are visiting the area for a few days and Avista Private Resort is definitely one of the best accommodation we had so far. We really loved the privacy as there are no neighboring houses close by and you can really feel the connection with nature. The garden is big and beautiful different kind of flowers all around. The house seems to be eco-friendly with almost every material that has been used during its construction being premium quality. All exterior and interior areas were super clean and every day we had a cleaning lady show up and make sure that everything is OK. The Villa is fully equipped with A/C in every room. Special highlight of our trip was Fava beach which is close by and it is a must visit. We will certainly come back next year!

Very nice accommodation, close to the Karidi beach, markets and restaurants. The apartment was cleaned every day. There is place for parking, barbecue. Clean pool. We liked it a lot.

Excellent location just in front of the sea, with only a wonderful green yard separating you from one of the best beaches in Halkidiki. With shallow, crystal-clear water, suitable for people of all ages and swimming skills. The owners are wonderful people, very kind, discreet and always open to better accommodate their guests. The room we stayed in (one bedroom apartment with a living and fully equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor) was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Perfect for our family of 3. The large balcony provided shadow from early morning and till late evening, along with a constant breeze and breathtaking view of the sea. Peaceful, comfortable, secure and so much welcoming! This is definitely THE place to spend a vacation by the sea, with the home-like comfort at the same time. A place you don’t want to leave or … leave only to return with any occasion 😊 Thank you so much, Theo and George, and your wonderful family for having us at your beautiful place!

The room are large with a terraceDinner and breakfast excellent with a large variety of items such as porridge, vegtables, cheese ,cold cuts, delicious cakes, sea fruits, meats cooked and on the grill, local delicases wonderful restaurant manager Mr. Kostantinos who takes care of every customer and makes a sure that every customer is satisfied and well treated. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and cleaniness. The staff is very attentive and they sent me wine cake and fruits for my birthday. Miss Maria-Meilna from guest relationship was very helping in every request. The hotel is clean and elegant. The room has a kettle with coffee and tea and one liter mineral water for the whole stay with bath robes There is a warm inner nice swimming pool and an outside pool. The sauna cost 8 euro for one hour. There is a minimarket on the spot.
